Resending invitation email to a user?

You can resend an invitation to a team member through the Team Management section on ComplyCube's Web Portal.

Steps to changing the role permission of an existing team member:

1. Log in to the portal with permission to manage the team.
   You can learn more about our user roles and permissions.
   
   
2. Click on the settings (cog icon) from the top navigation bar.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the resend button (highlighted in the image below) next to the team member you want to re-invite.
   This button only appears next to users that have yet to accept an invitation.
   
   
   
   
4. This will re-send the email invitation to your team member.
   Please ensure that the team member's email address is correct.
