How can I set up Multi-Factor Authentication?

You can set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) through our Web Portal.

Steps to setting up MFA:

1. Log in to the portal.
   
   
2. Click on the settings icon (cog) from the top navigation bar.
   
   
   
   
3. On the Settings page, click on the "Security" tab.
   
   
   
   
4. Now click the "ENABLE 2-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION" button.
   
   
5. Scan the QR with your Authenticator App.
   
   
   
   
6. Click "NEXT" and input the 6 digits generated by your Authenticator App.
   
   
   
   
7. Click "NEXT", and an email will be sent to your email address.
   
   
8. Click the "ENABLE 2-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION" link on the email.
