Smart Forms are configurable questionnaire steps that can be added to a workflow to collect additional customer data, declarations, consent, signatures, or supporting documents.
Using conditional logic, a Smart Form can be shown only when it is relevant to a particular customer or journey. Responses are linked to the workflow session and can be accessed through the Portal, API, or webhooks.
Common use cases include:
- Routing customers into different verification journeys based on risk, jurisdiction, product, or other business rules.
- Collecting additional information only when it is required.
- Triggering enhanced due diligence for higher-risk customers.
- Applying different checks or verification paths to different customer segments.
This allows you to support more complex compliance requirements without creating and maintaining entirely separate onboarding flows.
