Once an Identity Check is complete, ComplyCube will notify you that the outcome is "clear" or requires "attention".
An outcome that requires "attention" typically means that one or more of the many analytical checks performed on the customer's photo and ID document indicate the need for review.
Once it's reviewed and validated (i.e., confirmed or rejected), the check is complete.
