Once a Document Check is complete, ComplyCube will notify you that the outcome is "clear" or that it requires "attention". In some instances, the outcome can be "not processed".
An outcome that requires "attention" typically means that one or more of the many analytical checks performed on the ID document indicate the need for review. Once it's reviewed and validated (i.e. confirmed or rejected), then the check is complete.
An outcome of "not processed" indicates that ComplyCube was not able to process the images. This may occur if:
-
The image is of low quality.
-
The image is blurred or glared.
-
The image is at an angle.
-
The ID type and country provided are not supported.
