The check performs a wide range of device and network risk assessments, including but not limited to: Device analysis: Detects emulators, rooted or jailbroken devices, cloned apps, browser tampering, location spoofing, virtual machines, and Frida usage. It also identifies devices that have been used by multiple different customers. Network analysis: Identifies VPNs, proxies, relays, public networks, timezone mismatches, and OS inconsistencies. Bot analysis: Detects whether sessions are automated or bot-driven. Timeline analysis: Monitors device and network usage across sessions to flag suspicious behavior. The check helps ensure that only trusted and genuine devices are used during onboarding. |
